Call us on 0161 464 5243 to get started.

If you regularly organise travel, events or complex logistics as part of your role, you already have the core skills to build a successful travel business.

  1. You might be an EA managing executive travel, a production assistant coordinating crew schedules, or a project manager organising teams across locations.
  2. If travel planning is already part of your role, our Corporate Travel Academy helps you turn those real-world skills into a successful travel business — even if you’ve never worked in the travel industry before.
  3. We'll give you the training, tools and confidence to become a trusted corporate Travel Counsellor: combining your existing skills with our support so you can enjoy greater flexibility, income potential, and control over your future in business travel.

What experience do I need?

You don’t need to work in the travel industry already. You just need to be the person who's relied on for organising business travel, events, or logistics as part of your day-to-day role.

You could be:

  • An EA/PA, Office Manager, Operations Executive or Events Manager who arranges domestic and international colleague travel or company events.
  • A TV Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, Talent Manager or Tour Manager, responsible for moving cast, artists, and crew between from shoot to shoot or tour location to tour location.
  • A Project Coordinator, Crew Manager, Operations Manager, or Logistics Manager in the marine or energy industry, who arranges complex travel often to remote locations.
  • A Sports Team Manager, Club Operations Manager or Team Travel Coordinator who takes care of all sports team travel, ensuring athletes and players arrive to the next competition on time, and within budget.

A different way to leverage your business travel skills

You don’t need to understand booking systems or industry platforms before you join us. That’s what our Academy is for.

What matters is your experience organising complex travel, managing logistics, and keeping people moving — often under pressure and to tight deadlines. We’ll teach you the travel industry. You bring the operational expertise.

With world-class training, proven systems, and a supportive community, you'll get everything you need to hit the ground running from day one - all while being in control of your time and your earning potential.
