Travel Counsellors invests in training to empower business owners to grow their digital communities

We’re delighted to announce the launch of Supercharge Your Socials, a new training programme designed to help business owners grow their own digital communities through authentic, personal content while enhancing their confidence, skills, and strategy in how they present themselves online.

Developed in partnership with external social media experts School of Social, and created exclusively for Travel Counsellors, the programme reflects our ongoing investment in learning and development for our global community of business owners. Supercharge your Socials will help Travel Counsellors understand not just how to post online, but why sharing personal stories, engaging audiences, and amplifying customer advocacy are among the most effective ways to build thriving digital communities.

Supercharge Your Socials caters for all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced, and covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. This enables participants to follow a learning path tailored to their experience and goals, with the programme featuring short, on-demand modules, optional platform-focused drop-ins, live content creation clinics at our nationwide TC Together events, and a monthly expert-led podcast.

Colleagues across the support team will also take part, helping them build their own social media confidence and act as informed, authentic ambassadors for the brand.
