Travel Counsellors kicks off 2026 Gold trips with immersive Iceland experience

We’ve officially marked our first Gold trip of 2026 with an unforgettable experience in Iceland, bringing together some of our highest-performing business owners.

This year’s first Gold trip welcomed 35 Gold Travel Counsellors, including one newly achieving Gold status, along with four support team colleagues. The itinerary blended immersive Icelandic experiences with dedicated time for connection, reflection, and celebration.

The group began their adventure in Reykjavik with a visit to the Blue Lagoon, followed by a welcome party and a Northern Lights cruise in search of the Aurora Borealis. They spent the first night at the CenterHotel Grandi before heading deeper into Iceland for a series of extraordinary activities, including snowmobiling across the Langjökull glacier, exploring the Golden Circle, and venturing into the Katla Ice Cave. The group then settled into Hotel Ranga for the final two nights, perfectly placed for exploring Iceland’s dramatic southern landscapes.

The Gold Trip concluded with a gala dinner featuring live entertainment and a spectacular firework display, offering a moment to recognise both individual and collective achievements over the past year.
