Antigua awaits: celebrating the winners of our TC World Cup Global Incentive

At Travel Counsellors, success is about more than strong sales – it's about celebrating achievements, creating unforgettable experiences, and rewarding the people who go above and beyond for their customers.

That's exactly what happened when 20 Travel Counsellors from across our global community, alongside two members of our support team, jetted off to Antigua as the reward trip for our TC World Cup global sales incentive.

The incentive challenged Travel Counsellors during the industry's busiest Peaks booking period, recognising those who delivered exceptional sales performance while continuing to provide the outstanding personal service that Travel Counsellors is known for.

The reward? An incredible Caribbean escape showcasing some of Antigua's finest hotels, unique cultural experiences, and the opportunity to connect with fellow business owners and our valued supplier partners.

Experiencing a trio of luxury properties

Throughout the trip, attendees stayed at three outstanding properties, experiencing first-hand the variety and quality of Antigua's luxury accommodation offering.

The group enjoyed stays at Blue Waters Resort, Carlisle Bay, and Hodges Bay Resort & Spa, each providing a different perspective on the island's renowned hospitality and giving Travel Counsellors valuable product knowledge they can take back to their customers.

But this wasn't simply about relaxing in paradise.

The itinerary was carefully designed to immerse attendees in the culture, history, and spirit of Antigua, creating memorable experiences while strengthening relationships across the global Travel Counsellors community.

Adventure, culture and connection

One of the highlights was a thrilling jeep safari across the island, taking in Antigua's spectacular scenery and culminating in breathtaking views from the iconic Shirley Heights lookout.

The group also got hands-on with Antiguan traditions through a rum-making masterclass, learning about the island's rich rum heritage while creating their own unique blends.

Food played a central role in the experience too. During an interactive cooking class, attendees worked together to prepare a menu of authentic local dishes, providing a fun and memorable way to connect with the island's culinary culture.

To gain a deeper understanding of Antigua's history, the group visited Hope's Sugar Plantation, where they learned about the island's past and the role sugar production played in shaping its heritage.

More than a reward

While the stunning locations and unique experiences created lasting memories, the trip also highlighted one of the biggest advantages of being part of Travel Counsellors: the strength of our global community.

Travel Counsellors from right across our community had the opportunity to share ideas, celebrate successes, and build relationships with like-minded business owners, while support colleagues joined the trip to further strengthen the connections that make the Travel Counsellors model so unique.

These experiences reinforce the collaborative culture that sits at the heart of Travel Counsellors – a culture where success is recognised, achievements are celebrated, and nobody builds their business alone.

It could be you joining one of our future incentive trips

The Antigua incentive trip was a celebration of hard work, determination and outstanding performance during Peaks – and a reminder that when Travel Counsellors succeed, we celebrate together.
